What is Internet TV?
In the past, television has only been distributed via satellite, cable or terrestrial systems. Today - with the increase in Internet connection speeds, advances in technology, the increase of total number of people online, and the decrease in connection costs - it has become increasingly common to find traditional television content distributed over the Internet. In addition to this, new Internet-only television content has appeared which is not distributed via cable, satellite, or terrestrial systems. Internet TV is evolving at a rapid pace, it is easy to see that the possibilities are endless. Internet TV has the capacity to reach a larger audience on a world-wide scale.

What is Video on Demand?
Video on Demand adds a new dimension to the service. It allows you to view movies or video content over the internet when you want and not have to wait for the next screening time of a movie or a television program. You can search for a program you want to view, select it, and then watch it anytime you want. You can FFW, RRW go FULL SCREEN MODE and even pause if you want to grab a cup of coffee and come back to the video clip you were just watching it’s that easy!

What is Streaming Video?
Streaming video is a sequence of "moving images" that are sent in compressed form over the Internet and displayed by the viewer as they arrive. Streaming media is streaming video with sound. With streaming video or streaming media, a Web user does not have to wait to download a large file before seeing the video or hearing the sound. Instead, the media is sent in a continuous stream and is played as it arrives.

Do I have to pay to watch The Wedding Show TV?
The Wedding Show is totally free to view and offers you a wide variety of wedding channels. If you are looking for some advice on how to save money for your Big Day then you would consider selecting either The Money Channel or The Wedding Planner Channel. Should you want to start looking for your Bridal Gown then tune into The Fashion Channel for the latest Fashion designs? The Wedding Show is designed to assist you from the very start of your Wedding planning right through to setting up your new home.

Do I have to register to view The Wedding Show TV?
To watch The Wedding Show TV does not require registration, however there are certain features of The Wedding Show that are only available to registered users. By Signing up and becoming a member you will have access to our new bridal tools, newsletters, discounts and special offers and have the opportunity to enter some very exciting competitions!
If you try to access one of these features you will automatically be requested to log in (if you have an account) or create one by using our sign up feature (it is completely free and can be done in less than 1 minute).

What is required to run The Wedding Show TV?
You need to have an internet connection and Windows Media Player installed on your PC. A broadband Internet connection speed of 300kbps is recommended as a minimum requirement. If you have a connection speed lower then 300kbps for example a dial up modem you will encounter long waiting periods whilst the streaming media buffers. The upload and download speeds associated with dial-up modems are generally not sufficient to support streaming video content.

How do I use The Wedding Show TV interface?
You have the option to let The Wedding Show do all the hard work for you so you can take a break, sit back relax and let the show simply run on auto mode.
Or you can choose a channel that takes your interest and start selecting and sourcing the video clips you desire!
Let’s take you on a step by step tour of The Wedding Shows TV Platform.
- The Wedding Show TV is located on our homepage.
- Firstly choose a channel from our Channel selector which is located on the left hand side. Lets start be choosing the Entertainment Channel!
- You will notice once clicked that the Play list on the right hand side has now changed to The Entertainment Channel. You are now watching The Entertainment Channel.
- In our play list tab you will find several video clips displayed. These video clips are Wedding Suppliers video clips that you can view to gain a better understanding of the services and products they have on offer.
- You will find a brief description displaying the wedding suppliers name or title of the video clip. Now select any video clip and press the play icon, the video clip will now start playing.
- You have the options to pause, fast forward, rewind, adjust volume control and enter full screen mode by selecting any of the video controls located at the bottom of the TV screen area.
- When viewing videos at full screen mode you can press the escape button to return to standard viewing resolution.
- Let’s now move on to the SEARCH SUPPLIER tab located beside the PLAY LIST tab. The SEARCH SUPPLIER feature is designed to help you search and locate wedding suppliers in your local area. You can select a category, State and region to fine tune your search, once selected a search will be performed displaying all wedding suppliers’ video clips for your nominated category and region.
If you already know the name of the wedding supplier simply type their name into the SUPPLIER NAME option. You can also perform a quick search using the KEYWORD option.
Please note that the SEARCH SUPPLIER tab facilities only relate to categories of the chosen channel you are viewing.
- Let’s now move on to the PROGRAM SEARCH tab located beside the SEARCH SUPPLIER tab. The PROGRAM SEARCH feature stores all of The Wedding Shows program content, useful hints and tips related to the channel you are currently viewing. You can also perform a quick search using the ENTER KEYWORD option.
- Located under our TV screen you will find a panel displaying the words NOWSHOWING the NOWSHOWING panel displays a brief description of the video that is currently being viewed. You have the option to make an inquiry, send the link to a friend or even provide comments.

How do I sign up to become a Member
The Sign up process is easy!
Simply click on the SIGN UP menu located on the top left of our website. Once entered you will be asked to select SIGN UP as a Bride or a Supplier.
Choose the appropriate tab, once entered simply fill out your details and choose a username and password once completed press the submit button.
You will receive notification by email that your membership has commenced. You now can start taking advantage of the many privileges that come with a Wedding Show membership.
